专利说明:

The invention relates to a cover structure for a railing structure and to a railing structure. Background For the safety of being on the balcony, there is a handrail structure at the front edge of the balcony. The handrail structure with a vertical cover plate structure also acts as a visor and windshield.
In many cases, the handrail structure is supported at its lower part by a lower rail, i.e. a lower profile, on the front surface of the balcony slab, i.e. in front of the balcony. The lower rail attached to the end face of the balcony tile supports a cover plate structure consisting of one or more handrail plates or handrails. The upper rail, i.e. the upper profile, is attached between the side walls of the loft.
In some applications, it is desired to implement the handrail structure without posts, i.e. without vertical posts between the lower rail and the upper rail.
The vertical heavy sheeting structure rests on the lower rail at a short distance from the end face of the balcony slab, so the gap between the inner surface of the vertical sheeting structure and the vertical end face of the balcony slab = must be covered so that the balcony user does not injure his feet. objects entering the gap. = 25 It is known to use the so-called toe strip or similar cover strip. - In post-free railing structures, one known toe strip is a simple flat cover plate to be attached to the balcony E slab at its rear edge, x the front edge of which extends in the air close to the inner surface of the protection plate structure. Supported on the balcony tile 3, the known toe strip cannot be easily / neatly installed & 30 at the desired height position or tilt to compensate for any deviation of the balcony tile from the exact horizontal, because the upper surface of the balcony tile determines the position of the toe strip. The need for compensation is due to the fact that one edge of the balcony slab may be e.g. 15mm lower or higher than the other edge. In addition to covering said gap between the inner surface of the cover plate structure and the balcony tile, there is a need to cover the end face of the balcony tile and this has previously been done, for example, by painting or with a separate cover plate. The need to cover the end face of a balcony tile is greatest when the cover plate structure is made of a transparent material such as clear glass. Due to weathering, the paint surface on the front surface of the balcony tile starts to flake or otherwise wear. In the case of a railing structure attached to the front surface of a balcony slab, it is difficult to renew the painting of the balcony slab because it would require extensive removal and fixing of the railing structure and would prevent normal use of the balcony during that time.
Said known solutions in their current form are not satisfactory because they present problems in the workload of manufacture, installation and maintenance, and also in the suitability of known solutions for the requirements of the installation environment, such as deviation of the balcony tile from exact horizontal orientation.
Thus, there is a need for a new type of cover structure and railing structure. Brief Description The object of the invention is to implement an improved solution. This is achieved by a cover structure and a railing structure, which are characterized in that the features mentioned in the characterizing parts of the independent claims. Preferred embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims. Preferred embodiments enhance the advantages of the basic invention.
With the cover structure and the railing structure according to the invention, several advantages are achieved, in particular quick manufacturability and easy installability, easy maintenance and good user-friendliness that overcome the challenges posed by the installation environment. > OF
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described in more detail in connection with preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows below the top of the handrail structure, in particular the bottom handrail structure, in a situation where the cover strip and the cover plate are before the structure of the lower part of the track structure from the front, Fig. 3 shows the lower part of the railing structure, in a situation where the cover strip and cover plate are in their final position, Fig. 4 shows an integrated assembly of cover plate and cover plate, viewed from the rear side, i.e. against the end face of the balcony tile.
DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS With reference to the figures, an application is made for a balcony 1 of a building in which a balcony slab 10, for example a concrete slab 10 of suitable thickness, is either an element or cast in place. The vertical end face of the balcony slab is indicated by reference numeral 11. The handrail structure RS comprises a lower profile 200 attached to the end face 11 of the balcony slab 11, i.e. a lower rail 200, fastening means such as fastening means 202 are required. In addition, the handrail structure RS comprises an upper profile 300, i.e. an upper rail 300, and the handrail structure S comprises a cover plate field N 25 consisting of one or more parts. The cover plate structure 500 may, for example, be a so-called handrail or handrail E. O The lower rail 200 and the upper rail 300 may be, for example, an extruded aluminum strip such as a profile strip. The lower rail and the upper rail are substantially the same length as the width of the balcony, i.e. for example 300-600 cm.
A particular object of the invention is a cover structure comprising a cover strip 400 for covering the gap G between the vertical end surface 11 of the balcony slab 10 and the vertical cover plate structure 500 of the balcony railing structure RS.
In addition, the cover structure comprises, in connection with the cover strip 400, a cover plate 450 located below the cover strip 400 to cover the front surface 11 of the balcony slab 10.
The cover strip 400 for covering the gap G and the cover plate 450 connected to the cover strip 400 for covering the end face 11 are between the cover plate structure 500 and the end face of the balcony tile in front of the end face of the balcony tile to allow adjustment of the height and / or tilt position of the cover strip and cover plate assembly.
This is possible because the slit G cover strip 400 is not on the balcony tile 10, but the cover strip 400 rests on a cover plate 450 belonging to the same assembly, and the cover plate 450 and the slit cover strip 400 supported by it are fixed to the end face of the balcony tile by a cover plate 452.
Like the lower rail 200 and the upper rail 300, the assembly formed by the cover strip 400 and the cover plate 450 is substantially the width of the balcony, for example 300-600 cm, so that several fastening means 452 are required.
Referring to Figures 1-3, in one embodiment, the cover strip comprises at its outer edge a seal 402 arranged to settle for the cover plate structure of the balcony railing structure.
The base of the seal 402 is in the groove 404 of the outer edge of the cover strip 400 which is most evident in Figure 4 where the seal is not in place.
The seal 402 prevents the cover strip 400 from colliding against the cover plate structure 500 and improves the tightness. In order to provide more versatile and easier adjustability, N is in one embodiment such that the cover structure further comprises a lower cover plate 250 below the N at the top of the lower rail 200 supporting the balcony rail structure.
The cover plate 450 in connection with the cover strip 400 of the slot G and the lower cover plate 250 at the upper edge of the lower rail 200 in connection with the lower rail 200 are in particular arranged at least partially parallel to Fig. 3 to increase the height and / or tilt position of the cover strip with cover plate.
In Figures 1-2,
the infectivity is not yet very much because of the cover strip 400 and the cover plate 450
(which is the upper cover plate) has not yet been printed or dropped to its final position shown in Figure 3 where the cover plate 450, i.e. the upper cover plate, is several centimeters high parallel to the lower cover plate 250 in connection with the lower rail 200.
With respect to the lower rail 200, in one embodiment, the lower cover plate 250 of the cover structure in connection with the lower rail 200 at the top of the lower rail 200 is at the same time a mounting protrusion through which the lower rail can be attached by fastening means 202 to the end face 11 of the balcony tile. is in one embodiment such that the lower cover plate 250 in connection with the lower rail at the upper edge of the lower rail 200 is integral with the lower rail 200, being the same piece of material with it. Thus, the lower cover plate 250 is formed, for example, in the same aluminum extrusion as the other structure of the lower rail, i.e. the lower guide.
Accordingly, in one embodiment, there is also integrity between the cover strip 400 and the cover plate 450, i.e. the upper cover plate 450, i.e. so that the cover plate 450 in connection with the cover strip 400 is integral with the cover strip being the same piece of material formed in the same aluminum extrusion. This simplifies fabrication and installation and strengthens the support of the cover strip 400.
It can be said that the cover strip 400, i.e. the so-called a cover plate 450 is integrated in the toe strip, which supports the cover strip 400 belonging to the assembly. It can also be said in a mirror image that the cover strip 450 is integrated in the cover plate 450, i.e. the so-called toe list.
At the upper edge of the lower rail 200, the lower cover plate 250 of the cover structure in connection with the lower rail is arranged to support the cover plate 450 in connection with the cover strip 400 and is thus also arranged to support the cover strip 400.
With particular reference to Fig. 4, in one embodiment, the cover plate 450 in connection with the cover strip 400 S comprises protrusions 471-475 on its inner surface 470 to be placed against the end face Q of the balcony tile for support, and that between the protrusions 471-475 the cover plate comprises - so-called reductions 481-484 to compensate for any unevenness of the front surface of the balcony tile. There are also recesses 485, 481A below the lowest protrusion 475 and above the upper protrusion 471 3, so that not all recesses are necessarily between the protrusions, but more generally it can be said that the recesses are around the protrusions.
It is found that the protrusions of the inner surface 470 of the cover plate 450 extend substantially horizontally and thus the recesses between the protrusions overlap relative to each other.
In one embodiment, the extent of the protrusions 471-475 of the inner surface of the cover plate 450 relative to the bottoms of the recesses 481-484 between the protrusions is at most 4 mm, the protrusion being arranged to determine the distance of the cover plate from the balcony tile end face. This makes it possible to compensate for even significant irregularities.
With regard to installation, the following is stated: The lifting device lifts the lower rail 200, the combination of the cover strip 400 (i.e. the toe strip) and the cover plate 450 and the parts of the cover plate structure 500 to the balcony.
The lower rail 200, i.e. the lower guide, is mounted in its right place horizontally and fastened with the fixing screw 202 through the upper skirt / upper edge, i.e. the lower cover plate 250, of the lower rail 200.
The combination of the cover strip 400 and the cover plate 450 is tentatively in place so that it rests on the lower rail supported by the upper skirt of the lower rail 200, i.e. the lower cover plate 250, i.e. the lower part of the cover plate 450 is placed between the lower cover plate 250 and the end face 11 of the balcony tile 10.
Adjust the height position and / or tilt position of the cover strip 400 (which also includes the cover plate 450) according to the front edge of the surface of the balcony tile 10, i.e. compensate for possible skew of the balcony tile 10 (deviation from horizontal to straight) if e.g. the right edge of the balcony tile 10 is lower or upper. 25 at the left edge of the balcony tile 10.
S The cover plate 450 and the cover strip 400 supported by it are fixed to the end face 11 of the balcony tile 10 by means of a cover screw 450 with a fixing screw 452.
E Finally, the parts of the cover plate structure 500 are mounted on the lower rail 200, the lower edge of the cover plate structure 500 is fixed to the lower rail 200, the upper rail 300 is attached between the side walls of the balcony (second side wall W shown) with wall brackets (second wall bracket 310 shown), and the upper edge of the cover plate structure 500 to the upper rail 300, i.e. to the handrail.
Even if the top surface of the balcony tile 10 is not completely horizontal, the presently adjustable toe strip 450 (including the cover plate 450) can make the situation look better to the balcony user, because the adjustable toe strip can cover the tile to the balcony tile. horizontally, although the lower rail 200 is mounted precisely horizontally.
It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that as technology advances, the basic idea of the invention can be implemented in many different ways. The invention and its embodiments are thus not limited to the examples described above but may vary within the scope of the claims. o O OF O I O OF
